Shipping rates for oversized items are calculated based on your location and the dimensions of the board. We offer flat-rate shipping to major metro areas, while regional deliveries may require a custom quote during checkout.

Do you offer professional equipment setup for windsurfing and kitesurfing gear?

Yes! If you are local to our shop, we offer complimentary basic setup and advice for any hardware purchased. For online customers, we can provide video consultations or digital guides to ensure your rig is tuned correctly.

What is your return policy on technical hardware?

We accept returns on unused hardware in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used in the water unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect.

Does SHQ Boardsports offer a warranty on premium brands?

All new products are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers structural defects but does not cover damage caused by impact, misuse, or general wear and tear in the surf.

Can I trade in my used gear for credit toward a new board?

We do offer trade-ins on a case-by-case basis depending on the condition and demand for the equipment. Please bring your gear into the store or send clear photos to our team for a valuation.
